The inside of the fuselage is made of metal and aluminum alloy materials. The main shaft of the alloy body ensures the light weight and high strength of the fishing reel, which is more wear-resistant, and improves the overall performance of the fishing reel.
The metal spool and metal handle makes the operation easier, making the line release more stable and casting easier. The inner layer of the line cup has a durable stainless steel sound film.
Seven stainless steel bearings combined with one anti-reverse one-way bearing provide smooth and stable performance for the fishing reel.
The backstop switch design effectively controls the reversal gap and minimizes slow response. The precise brass gear system improves the impact resistance of the fishing reel and gives the angler a smoother feel.
BF series fishing reels use water drop-shaped casting gear. Shipping Policy
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If there is a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. If you need to receive the items as soon as possible, please contact us and we will see what we can do for you.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer free Standard Shipping for your orders. Expedited Shipping is also available for urgent orders, but the charges will be paid by you.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Ultimviva is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
If you received your order damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods for us so we can contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
Return & Exchange Policy
Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Return Process
To start a return, you can contact us at info@ultimviva.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@ultimviva.com and send your item to the return address provided.
Shipping Costs for Returns
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
